Meals on Wheels London is hiring a Manager of Programs and Client Care.
Manager of Programs and Client care is responsible for the design, implementation, evaluation and impact of the core programs and services offered to our clients. Supporting the client services team, this role trains and ensures best practices for client service assessment, communication, documentation, use of database, reporting and follow up. This position maintains key relationships with vendors, community partners and referring agencies such as CCAC. Business development, partnership creation and maintenance and general growth of programs are a key focus of this role. This role will adhere to Meals on Wheels London’s mission, policies, procedures, and ensure that quality and risk are managed throughout our programs. Management responsibilities include performance management, employee management re: vacation and time off, and ensures the highest level of customer service to the community through the Client Services team. Evaluation, client surveys and data tracking and analysis are important parts of this position, so that program design and solutions can be found out of facts. As a member of the senior management team, the individual participates in strategic planning and budgeting initiatives, working with the guidelines, policies and mission of the organization and will be accountable and responsible for portfolio success.
