Meals on Wheels Board of Directors is made up of a group of dedicated volunteers who have varried skill sets and provide oversight, direction and manage the risks of the organization. Meals on Wheels London seeks new board members on an on-going basis in order to attract the best candidates to support the organization in this governance capacity. Sally Bennett, President
Sally Bennett came to the MOWL Board in 2015, after a 37 year career in Social Services with Middlesex County, retiring as the Director. Her interest in MOWL stems from personal involvement as her late Father was a recipient of meals a number of years ago, so she understood how beneficial they can be. She is a firm believer in offering services, such as ours, to enable people to remain in their own homes as long as possible.
Diane Silva, Vice President
Diane Silva is passionate about making a difference in the City of London! As the Director of Philanthropy at London Community Foundation she works closely with families and individuals on achieving their philanthropic goals. Diane is excited to be part of the Meals on Wheels board because she believes in the work that this fabulous agency does in keeping people in their homes, giving them the social connection that his often overlooked, all while delivering healthy nutritional meals to people. This place goes beyond just delivering meals – they give people a sense of belonging! Diane joined the Board of Directors April 2017.
Maureen Nicol, Treasurer
Maureen is a Chartered Professional Accountant and joined the board of directors in July 2015. She is proud to be part of the Meals on Wheels board and values the hard work and dedication of the staff and volunteers in helping to provide nutritional meals to seniors along with helping them remain independent in their own homes. She is excited to see the organization make even a bigger impact as it partners with other organization to serve our elderly community.
Jessica Naujokaitis, Secretary
Jessica is a lawyer practicing Civil Litigation at Cohen Highley LLP. Jessica joined the Board of Directors of Meals on Wheels London in 2019. Jessica is passionate about making a difference in the London community and is very excited to be a part of the Meals on Wheels London team.
Jessica Williams, Director
Jessica is a lawyer in the Wills, Estates, Trusts and Charities Law Group at Harrison Pensa LLP. Jessica joined the Board of Directors of Meals on Wheels London in 2016 and is proud of the broad impact the organization is having on her community.
Gary Lowe, Director
Gary is married with 3 children and has been blessed with 6 wonderful grandchildren, he was employed for 30 years at the Elgin-Middlesex Detention Centre and retired as Deputy Supertintendent. He has and continues to proudly support Meals on Wheels London through the 'Wheels for Wellness' program and by being a member of the Meals On Wheels London board of directors. Being in a position to "Give Back" to the community that he calles home for 55 plus years is a true privilege.

Paul Connor, Director
Paul is a retired Professional Engineer that has worked in senior leadership and consulting roles mostly in the telecommunications industry both throughout Ontario and around the globe. He is a proud supporter of giving back to the community through volunteerism and particularly for Meals on Wheels London. Paul has enjoyed participation in the Meals on Wheels home delivery service since January 2019 and is happy to be joining the Board of Directors of this much needed organization.
Tim D'Souza, Director
Executive Chef and Food and Beverage Manager, Brescia University College
I am a Chef by trade and grew up in a very hospitable and multi-cultural food focussed home. My culinary background is that I attended George Brown College in Toronto and graduated from the Culinary Management Program and the exclusive Italian Culinary Arts Program. I have worked as a cook and chef for the past 30 years in London, Georgian Bay, Toronto, Italy and England. I have worked in restaurants, hotels, private clubs and universities. I bring my extensive food service industry experience to Meals On Wheels London, and look forward to working with MOWL, the board and all our stakeholders.
Brian Costigan, Director
Brian Costigan is a Senior Commercial Account Manager at RBC Royal Bank in London. Brian grew up and went to school in London and he is passionate about helping his community. Brian is excited about increasing the exposure of Meals on Wheels London to further its outreach to the various groups it supports with nutritious meals and transportation needs.
