March for Meals our annual walk-a-thon/silent auction is back for another year of fun, exercise, community, fundraising and more! We look forward to welcoming hundreds of participants of all ages to BMO Centre on Friday, March 29th from 2-4pm for a fun afternoon of walking, connecting with local vendors, participating in a silent auction and raising funds and awareness for Meals on Wheels London to reach the goal with the support of this event to raise $30,000 during the month of March.

Meals on Wheels is faced with an unprecedented need in London to continue providing programs and services to seniors and adults living with disabilities. Our population is aging rapidly and as a result we are forced to fundraise nearly 30% of our revenue so we can continue to support people who rely on us. Keeping people in their own homes living with independence to make their own choices is so important in maintaining the overall health and wellness of individuals while also relieving pressures on the health care system and long-term care facilities.

Meals on Wheels has seen great success through the support of the London Community through 400+ volunteers and donations from individuals. We are now appealing to the corporations, businesses and individuals across this city who would like to attend this event support a local organization who has been consistently serving London for almost 50 years. Our reputation speaks for itself and we would like Londoners to partner with us in the fight against food insecurity and social isolation for our local seniors.
